I was born in Kastoria and raised in Thessaloniki. I studied at the School of Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and worked for several years as an architect in both Athens and Thessaloniki. Alongside my professional career, I followed a spiritual path that led me to study yoga and meditation in Greece, India, Australia, and across Europe \u2014 practices I continue to teach to this day. At the same time, I dedicate a significant part of my life to painting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Painting has been an essential part of my inner world since childhood \u2014 a natural way for me to connect with and express what words often cannot. And the time came that words, became colors, shadows, light, and through time, began to find their way onto canvases \u2014 silently, persistently, like small confessions.Though I haven\u2019t followed formal artistic training, I have remained deeply engaged in a personal exploration of materials and techniques, allowing my work to evolve organically through a broad range of themes. My style is representational, and I primarily work with oil paints and tempera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I began with landscapes from the area where I live \u2014 Palaio Faliro \u2014 and with still lifes. Every form and every fleeting moment revealed by light feels unique and unrepeatable to me. Each painting becomes a monument to a moment: a wave that reached the shore, a passing cloud, a flock of birds, a reflection in water. In parallel, I explore the depiction of human figures and portraits, starting with members of my own family. The process of portraying loved ones \u2014 whether distant or no longer alive \u2014 has been a personal journey of introspection and emotional connection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ultimately, painting for me is not just about the result; it is a path and a journey. The process is just as meaningful as the final work itself. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
